Relax in the spa’s hydrotherapy pool, refresh with a cooling ice shower experience and detox in the crystal steam room. The Wellbeing Spa Day will give you the boost you have been looking for.

We want to keep you safe at all times during your visit to SenSpa and have designed our new spa days with this in mind. You will receive a bespoke itinerary with your booking confirmation with specific timings for each element of your spa day, allowing you to slow down, let go and experience deep relaxation without a care.

*Please note on Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes a Modern British menu from the award winning Cambium Restaurant will be served in the Zen Garden Restaurant. The authentic Thai cuisine will be served on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes.
