Examination involves Nathan looking at how you move and how your body ‘feels’ with manual touch. With all the above information it helps Nathan identify your issue which Nathan will explain and will start treatment.

Treatment may involve soft-tissue technique, massage, stretching, joint mobilisation, manipulation (or cracking), exercise prescription and lifestyle advice.
